Monitoring house blocks Roden

In Roden, the demolition of the houses on the Zulthereschweg 123 to 129 has started. These house are being demolished because of subsidence due to a change in the subsoil under house number 123. The reason for this is unknown. The change in the substrate has taken place over the decades. At the beginning of 2017, Wiertsema & Partners conducted at 24 other building blocks in Roden.
