The fact that building activities are increasingly taking place in built-up areas is resulting in increase of nuisance caused by the work. As well as noise pollution and the possibility of road closures, vibration nuisance is another common aspect here. Vibrations can cause damage to adjacent building structures. More often clients want information about the chance of nuisance and damage to the surrounding area.
That makes it possible to include any necessary changes to the proposed building process at the preparation stage. The anticipated vibration levels that will be caused by the work are set out in a report on the basis of theoretical and practical experience. We can also observe the registration of vibration by performing vibration tests during implementation of the work. The employees from our special tests department also carry out other geotechnical monitoring projects and special tests.
